Discussion and possible action to approve Annual Compliance Inspection of Air Force Property Occupied Easement. The purpose of this Easement is to allow Oklahoma County to use, and maintain a public road or street located in a portion of the southwest ¼ of Section 22, Township 11N, Range 2W. The original agreement was signed by the Board of County Commissioners on March 25, 2009.
A tract of land in the in the SW1/4 of Section 22, T 11 N, R 2 W, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as:
Beginning at a point on the easterly right-of-way line of Air Depot Boulevard, said point being 33.00 feet North and 33.00 feet East of the southwest corner of Section 22; thence North, parallel with the west line of Section 22, a distance of 92.00 feet; thence S 89° 50’ 10” E, parallel to the south line of said section, 17.00 feet; thence Southeasterly on a straight line, 106.07 feet, more or less, to a point, said point being 50.00 feet North and 125.00 feet East of the southwest corner of said Section 22; thence South, parallel to the west line of said section, 17.00 feet, more or less, to a point on the northerly right-of-way line of Southeast 59th Street; thence West, parallel with the south line of said section, 92.00 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
Containing 0.13 acres, more or less.
