Title: Discussion and possible action to approve Annual Compliance Inspection of Air Force Property Occupied Easement. Discussion and possible action to approve Annual Compliance Inspection of Air Force Property Occupied Easement.  The purpose of this Easement is to allow Oklahoma County to use, and maintain a public road or street located in a portion of the southwest ¼ of Section 22, Township 11N, Range 2W.  The original agreement was signed by the Board of County Commissioners on March 25, 2009.

 

A tract of land in the in the SW1/4 of Section 22, T 11 N, R 2 W, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as:
