Discussion and possible action to approve Annual Compliance Inspection of Air Force Property Occupied Easement. The purpose of these Easements is to allow Oklahoma County to use, and maintain Sooner Road. The original agreement was signed by the Board of County Commissioners on July 15, 2009.

A tract of land in the W1/2W1/2 of Section 16, T 11 N, R. 2 W, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as: Beginning at a point 62.90 feet South and 33.00 feet East of the northwest corner of said Section 16; thence N 89° 49’ 00” E, 10.00 feet; thence South, parallel to the west line of said Section 16, a distance of 5,367.10 feet; thence S 89° 46’ 30” W, 10.00 feet; thence North, parallel to the west line of said Section 16, a distance of 5,367.10 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning. Also, Beginning at a point 404.37 feet South and 43.00 feet East of the northwest corner of the SW1/4 of said Section 16; thence East, 17.00 feet; thence North, parallel to the west line of said Section 16, a distance of 1,582.00 feet; thence West, 17.00 feet; thence South, parallel to the west line of said Section 16, a distance of 1,582.00 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning. Containing 0.07 acre, more or less.
