Discussion and possible action regarding authorizing the BOCC Chair to enter a legal contract with either Vic Albert, Collins Wagner Zorn, Pierce Couch, or Gable Gotwals for representation in a pending investigation, claim or action against the Board of County Commissioners by the Oklahoma Department of Labor not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($5,000.00) pending an encumbrance of funds; directing the firm to file an Administrative Appeal as provided for in Oklahoma Administrates Code (Rules) at 380:50-7-3 within three (3) days.
