Upon selection of a firm that is suitable for this matter, the Sheriff’s Office will present a contract to be considered for approval by the BOCC. The reason for this request is because the Oklahoma County District Attorney will have to recuse based on the conflict of interest due to the parties involved. Requested by Sheriff Tommie Johnson III.
