This MOU is set for an amount of $340,261.89, which is the exact expense related to salaries, FICA, retirement, and health benefits for the four (4) personnel assigned to perform these duties. This MOU will take effect on July 1, 2026 and will end on June 30, 2027. Unless otherwise terminated or suspended in writing in accordance with Article IV hereof, this Agreement will automatically renew on July 1st of each option year with updated contract pricing that reflects any cost of living adjustments and/or expense increases/decreases.
