This Amendment and Extension Agreement will allow the Contractor to continue to utilize subcontractors for the provision of services outlined in the approved agreements between the BOCC and ODMHSAS and provide for the continuation of services for fiscal year 2025-2026, subject to availability of the funds in the OK County Community Safety Investment Fund (6047) Voucher Account. The amount is not to exceed the One Million Six Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand One Hundred Seventeen Dollars and Thirty-Three Cents ($1,635,117.33) received in Fiscal Year 2023-2024. The Amendment and Extension Agreement will extend the terms of the original Agreement dated April 10, 2024, and any subsequent amendments thereto for a period of 12 months commencing on July 1, 2025, and ending on June 30, 2026.
