The purpose of the transfer and new line item is to pay the entity responsible for transporting detainees to and from the Oklahoma County Detention Center and court, per a Judicial Order. The result of this transfer will reduce each of the 9 remaining FY27 payments to the Criminal Justice Authority by $88,888.89, making each payment an amount not to exceed $2,917,886.69.
