County agrees to incur an amount not to exceed $26,000.00 for labor,equipment, materials, and sub-contractors. School agrees to reimburse County an amount not to exceed $9,504.80 for all material costs. This Agreement shall be effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2026.
