Discussion and possible action to approve a Records Digitization Agreement between the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners (on behalf of the Oklahoma County Court Clerk) and Business Imaging Systems, Inc. All work to be performed has been procured through the State Contract Number SW1013B. Total cost during the contract period is $288,000. The term of agreement is January 1, 2024, through June 30, 2024. Purchase Order No 27 has been issued to Business Imaging Systems in the amount of $288,000. Requested by Oklahoma County Court Clerk Rick Warren. The Contract has been reviewed and approved by the District Attorney’s Office.
