To enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. 307 (B) (3) to engage in
confidential communications regarding the purchase of or appraisal of real property to
be used as the site for a county detention center from among the following properties:
Up to 80 acres located near I40 and I44 in unincorporated Oklahoma County for consideration of removal.
