Discussion and possible action regarding the FY 2024-25 contract renewal with Standley Systems and the Board of County Commissioners from General Fund/Centralization MIS/IT (1001/2700). This is for the annual lease and maintenance on our Savin IM C3000 Printer/Scanner/Copier. This agreement is to be effective July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. The total amount shall not exceed $2,012.64. Requisitions 12500175 and 12500176 have been issued to Standley Systems pending encumbrance of FY 2025 funds. This item is requested by Dayne Coffey, Director, Information Technology and has been approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
