Discussion and possible action regarding recommendation from Public Improvements and Infrastructure Committee to move forward with ARPA Project # 10073 to utilize in the amount not to exceed $5.5 million from ARPA Revenue Replacement Fund in order to proceed with the Existing Jail HVAC construction.
