Discussion and possible action regarding Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners approval of Resolution 2024-2781 declaring certain real property located near Arcadia, OK as surplus and no longer needed for county purposes and if approved to execute a Quit Claim Deed to the Town of Arcadia from Oklahoma County for the described real property (full legal description attached in “Attachment A”). Requested by Myles Davidson, County Commissioner District No. 3 and has been approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.
