Discussion, review, and possible action regarding the FY 2024-2025 Annual Lease Agreement between Oklahoma County and the City of Oklahoma City for leased space (Emergency Management offices and EOC) at the Regional Multi Agency Coordination Center (RMACC), 4600 North M.L. King Boulevard, as reviewed by the Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office. Funding is contingent upon approval of the requested FY 2024-2025 Emergency Management General Fund Budget and encumbrance of designated funds. Annual lease fees are $25,000, paid quarterly ($6,250.).
