Discussion and possible action regarding an updated ARPA Subrecipient Agreement between the Board of Oklahoma County Commissioners and Town of Luther (Project ID 20043). District 3 would like to add additional funds to a previously approved project in the amount of $63,353.65. The additional funds will bring the overall total not to exceed $438,353.65 to acquire a new fire engine. Requisition number 12501658-00. Approved as to form by Aaron Etherington, ADA.
