Discussion and possible action to approve contract for legal services with Pierce Couch Hendrickson Baysinger & Green, L.L.P. to provide legal representation in Simco-Horvath v. Steven Brewer, et al. , Case No. CIV-21-514-G, U.S.D.C. for the Western District of Oklahoma. Amount of the contract not to exceed $50,000. This agreement shall become effective upon signatures of both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2025. Requisition number 125016600-00.
