Discussion and possible action to approve contract for legal services with Pierce Couch Hendrickson Baysinger & Green, L.L.P. to provide legal representation in Jazmine Monay Miller v. Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County, el al., Case No. CIV-22-665-D, U.S.D.C. for the Western District of Oklahoma. Amount of the contract not to exceed $60,000. This agreement shall become effective upon signatures of both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2025. Requisition number 12501661-00. Approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, ADA.
