Discussion and possible action to approve contract for legal services with Pierce Couch Hendrickson Baysinger & Green, L.L.P. to provide legal representation in Ja’Lee Foreman v Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County, el al., Case No. CIV-21-1062-F, U.S.D.C. for the Western District of Oklahoma. Amount of the contract not to exceed $10,000. This agreement shall become effective upon signatures of both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2025. Requisition number 12501659-00.
