Discussion and possible action to approve for submission the Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification (ESAC) Form, as required to maintain eligibility for the receipt of Federal Asset Forfeiture funds and equipment (Munis ORG 16151100). Once approved, the report will be filed electronically with the United States Department of Justice and the United States Department of the Treasury.
