Requisition 12501980 has been issued to R.K. Black, Inc in the amount not to exceed $3,832.60 for lease and Requisition 12501981 has been issued to R.K. Black, Inc in the amount not to exceed $5,000.00 for maintenance and copies, contingent upon encumbrance of funds.
