Requisition 12501982 has been issued to R.K. Black, Inc in the amount not to exceed $2,211.80 for lease and Requisition 12501983 has been issued to R.K. Black, Inc in the amount not to exceed $5,000.00 for maintenance and copies, contingent upon encumbrance of funds.
