Discussion and possible action regarding approval of amendment No. 3 to contract between Board of County Commissioners and ESRI. Amendment is to renew contract for 2024-2025. The term of the contract will be September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025. Requisition No.12502459 in the amount of $150,000.00 and Requisition No. 12502461 in the amount of $200,000.00 for renewal, contingent upon funds. Requested by Larry Stein, Oklahoma County Assessor and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
