Discussion and possible action regarding the Renewal Contract between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau and Francotyp-Postalia/FP Mailing Solutions for the rental of the Vision S5 Semi-Automatic Mailing Machine. Requisitions 12600043 (Detention) $530.01 and 12600044 (Bureau) $285.39, have been issued to FP Mailing Solutions. This Contract is effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Requested by Hannah Whipp, Juvenile Bureau Director.
