Discussion and possible action regarding a Specific Assistance Agreement between the City of Edmond and the Board of County Commissioners for the reconstruction of Midwest Blvd, a county section line road, between Danforth Rd and Covell Rd. The total amount of the project is not to exceed $820,000.00, of which the City of Edmond will reimburse Oklahoma County 100% of the actual project costs. Reviewed as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, ADA. Requested by Myles Davidson, Chairman of the Board.
