Discussion and possible action regarding the FY 2025-2026 contract renewal with Karpel Solutions, Inc. This is for the annual maintenance and support for the Prosecutor Case Management Software. This contract is to be effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The total amount is not to exceed $123,275.00. Requisition 12601129 has been issued to Karpel Solutions, Inc. This item is requested by Dayne Coffey, Director, Information Technology, and has been approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
