Discussion and possible action to approve or deny Resolution No. 2025-3744 accepting the Final Plat of 50th Street Estates, pursuant to Title 19, §868.8 of the Oklahoma Statutes. This Final Plat (FP-2025-07) was approved by the Planning Commission on August 21, 2025. The plat includes five (5) lots encompassing approximately forty (40.04) acres. The subject property is located on the east side of Peebly Road, just north of NE 50th Street, in County Commissioner District 2. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
