Discussion and possible action to approve or deny Resolution No. 2025-3766 accepting the Final Plat of Jordan Oaks, pursuant to Title 19, §868.8 of the Oklahoma Statutes. This Final Plat (FP-2025-08) was approved by the Planning Commission on September 18, 2025. The plat includes two (2) lots encompassing approximately twenty-five (25.2) acres. The subject property is located on the southeast corner of Dobbs Road and Wilshire Blvd., in County Commissioner District 2. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
