Discussion and possible action regarding approval or denial of Resolution No. 2025-4519 accepting the Final Plat of Timberline as provided in Oklahoma Statutes, Title 19, §868.8. This final plat (FP-2025-10) was approved by the Planning Commission on November 20, 2025. The plat consists of fifty-eight (58) lots that encompass approximately eighty-one (81.76) acres. The subject property is located .5 mile south of Waterloo Rd. on the east side of Douglas Blvd. in County Commissioner District 3. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
