Discussion and possible action to approve contract for legal services with Pierce Couch Hendrickson Baysinger & Green, L.L.P. to provide legal representation in Stacy Willis, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Mitchell Everest Willis, Deceased, v. Board of County Commissioners for Oklahoma County, et al., Case No. CIV-18-323-D, United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Amount of the contract not to exceed $20,000.
