Discussion and possible action to approve or deny Resolution No. 2025-4089 accepting the Final Plat of Jackalope Corner, pursuant to Title 19, §868.8 of the Oklahoma Statutes. This Final Plat (FP-2025-09) was approved by the Planning Commission on September 18, 2025. The plat includes five (5) lots encompassing approximately nine (8.92) acres. The subject property is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Waterloo Rd. and Sooner Road, in County Commissioner District 3. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
