Discussion and possible action regarding approval or denial of Resolution No. 2024-5320 to accept the replat of Deer Park, Lots 18 and 19. The applicant is adjusting the lot lines to make Lot 18 smaller and to make Lot 19 larger as provided in Oklahoma Statutes, Title 19, §868.8. This replat (RE-2024-02) was approved by the Planning Commission on November 21, 2024. The subject property is located west of Harrah Rd. and north of SE 44th St. in County Commissioner District 2. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
