Discussion and possible action regarding a request on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners to the Oklahoma County Finance Authority to provide funds in an amount not to exceed $300,000 to the Oklahoma County SHINE Community Services program, which will provide support for items that include but are not limited to staffing, programs, and operation supplies.
