Discussion and possible action to approve or deny Resolution No. 2025-3314 accepting the replat of Lot 4 of Patnaude Hill, pursuant to Title 19, §868.8 of the Oklahoma Statutes. This replat (RE-2025-02) was approved by the Planning Commission on July 17, 2025. The plat includes two (2) lots encompassing approximately seven (7.13) acres. The subject property is located on the northeast corner of Dobbs Road and Wilshire Blvd., in County Commissioner District 2. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
