Discussion and possible action to approve the contract between the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) and the Oklahoma County Board of County commissioners, on behalf of District 1, for 2026 Rural Economic Action Plan Funds (REAP) Grant Number_OK County D1 5 in the amount not to exceed $88,079.00. This is a reimbursement grant. District 1 will utilize the funding to purchase SoftStop guardrail systems to upgrade guardrail systems across the unincorporated areas of District 1. Requested by Jason Lowe, Commissioner, District One.
