Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. 2024-4960 to amend or not to amend the zoning as provided in Title 19 O.S.,§868.16 on a tract of land from R-2 - Rural Residential District to C-G - Commercial-General District (Z-2024-06). The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended approval during a public meeting on October 17, 2024. The applicant proposes to change the zoning to develop a retail shopping commercial center. The area to be rezoned encompasses approximately 5.7 acres. The property is located at 14301 SE 29th St. (County Highway District #2). Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
