Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-4202: Intra-Fund Transfer of appropriations for American Rescue Plan 2021 (ARPA) Special Revenue Fund 1415 Annex Elevator ARPA Project AR120 from 1415-373 Capital 55025 Project AR120 - Capital Building Improvement to 1415-373 Maintenance & Operation (M&O) 54455 Project AR120 - Professional Service, in an amount not to exceed $6,644.33, contingent upon Board of County Commissioners' approval on October 14, 2026, to approve a contract change order. This transfer is necessary for additional management associated with project expenses. This item was approved by the Policy & Governance Committee on October 13, 2026. This item is requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District Two and Chairman of the Board.
