Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No. 2024-4026 from August 21, 2024 which declared the following properties surplus to the needs of the county and, pursuant to 19 O.S. ?349, execute a Quit Claim Deed to the Oklahoma Industries Authority in exchange for a sum of Three Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars ($390,000.00), for the described real property:
