Discussion and possible action regarding the Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau and the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. This Agreement is for participation in the United States Department of Agriculture Donated Food Program. This permanent Agreement is at no cost to the County and shall be effective July 1, 2026. Requested by Hannah Whipp, Juvenile Bureau Director.
