Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 1 to the Agreement for Services between Marshall Environmental Management, Inc, and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for Annex 5th Floor Asbestos Abatement- ARPA Project #10033. Marshall Environmental Management, Inc. submits Change Order No. 1 to perform additional work to fireproof by the elevators, additional asbestos abatement per DOL and the air monitoring of the additional asbestos abatement. The total amount of the change order shall not exceed Twenty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars and Sixty cents ($23,800.60). Requisition No. 12501045 has been issued from ARPA funds contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
