Title: Discussion and possible action to approve the Agreement for Specific Assistance between Oklahoma County and the Crooked Oak Public School District pursuant to Title 19 O.S. § 339(18) and Title 19 O.S. § 359; to assist Crooked Oak Public Schools with the complex crack seal on campus infrastructure and rehabilitation of the administration building parking lot. County agrees to incur an amount not to exceed $76,456.69 for labor,equipment, materials, and sub-contractors. School agrees to reimburse County an amount not to exceed $40,606.13 for all material costs. This Agreement shall be effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2026.
