Discussion and possible action regarding American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) project funds for Court Clerk Social Distancing – AR033, including the closing of Purchase Order 22503685 in the amount of Two Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Two Dollars and 95/100 ($282,302.95), created for project overruns. This PO is no longer needed for the project, as all known overrun invoices have been paid, and the reallocation of the remaining funds to Behavioral Care Center ARPA Project AR130.
