Discussion, review, and possible action regarding the FY 2026 Annual Memorandum of Understanding/Lease Agreement between Oklahoma County and the City of Oklahoma City for use of the Regional Multi-Agency Coordination Center (RMACC) facility at 4600 N. Martin Luther King Boulevard at a cost of $25,000 per year, paid in quarterly payments of $6,250 per quarter (FY 2026 EM GF Budget, Requisition 12600453, Blanket PO #22600457). This Agreement, as reviewed by the Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office, commences upon signature by the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners and the City of Oklahoma City and ends on June 30, 2026.
