Discussion and possible action to approve a Contract for Services between the Board of County Commissioners and The Education and Employment Ministry (TEEM) to provide pretrial release, community service sentencing program and supervision services. This agreement will not exceed $1,320,814.66 and will be effective July 1, 2026, and end June 30, 2027, contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Requisition # 12700242.
