Title: Discussion and possible action to schedule a Learning Day for the 4-H CLOVER (Community Leaders Organized for Volunteerism, Engagement, and Representation) Program during the first quarter of 2026.Through this program, youth are empowered to understand how county government functions and how they can actively participate in civic life. The visit could include a presentation on Courthouse/Commissioner operations, a hands-on workshop introducing civic skills such as parliamentary procedure, and opportunities for participants to meet with County Commissioners or other elected officials to learn more about their work.
