Discussion and possible action to approve contract for legal services with Pierce, Couch, Hendrickson, Baysinger & Green, L.L.P. to provide legal representation in Stacy Willis, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Mitchell Everett Willis, Deceased, v. Board of County Commissioners for Oklahoma County, et al., Case No. CIV-18- 323-D, United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. This contract shall commence on July 1, 2025, and terminate on June 30, 2026. The amount of the contract shall not exceed $50,000. Requisition number 12600472-00.
