Title: Discussion and possible action to adopt the findings of MGT Consulting and set the actual cost of incarceration at the Oklahoma County Detention Center for purposes of judicial declaration as required by Hubbard v. State, 45 P.3d 96 (Okl.Cr. 2002), as follows: a. At up to $ 75.56 per day for the average daily cost of incarceration; and/or b.
