Discussion and possible action regarding an Agreement for Specific Assistance between the City of Harrah and the Board of County Commissioners to make repairs to N Peebly Rd north of NE 23rd St. The municipality agrees to reimburse the County for 100% of the cost of materials in an amount not to exceed $182,827.77. This item reviewed as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, ADA, and requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District Two and Chairman of the Board.
