Discussion and possible action regarding an Agreement for Specific Assistance between the City of Choctaw and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for the repair of a portion of NE 10th St from Henney Rd to Hiwassee. The total cost of the project is not to exceed $69,024.30, of which the City of Choctaw will reimburse the county for the total cost of materials not to exceed $17,160.00. This item approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, ADA, and requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District Two and Chairman of the Board.
