Discussion and possible action regarding Professional Services Agreement between Oklahoma County Assessor's Office, and Board of County Commissioners and Apex Appraisal Solutions. The term of the contract will be July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. Requisition No. 12500160 has been issued to Apex Appraisal Solutions in the amount not to exceed $60,000.00 for annual renewal, contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Requested by Larry Stein, Oklahoma County Assessor, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
