Discussion and possible action regarding the FY 2026 Memorandum of Understanding renewal between City of Midwest City and the Oklahoma County Board of Commissioners to provide Household Hazardous Waste Disposal services to Unincorporated Oklahoma County. Requisition No. 12600474 has been issued to the City of Midwest City contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer and has been approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
